Pet Pals are magazines that carry a new trick or ability information and in which, in Rinoa's case - she reads it and trains or teaches her dog Angelo the new trick or ability.
Rinoa's Limit Breaks involve attacks with her dog, Angelo. After selecting < Combine > , depending on the situation and learned techniques, one attack will automatically be activated.
